Terms for text message opt-in, frequency, costs, HELP, STOP, and support.

Effective Date: 04/29/2026 These SMS/Text Messaging Terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from TrialsNest or from a clinical research site using TrialsNest.

Program Description

TrialsNest text messages are consent-based. Messages may include study follow-up, appointment reminders, eligibility coordination, prescreening coordination, document request reminders, coordinator or site communication notices, account or support messages, and related clinical research coordination.

TrialsNest does not send unsolicited mass marketing messages through this program.

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize TrialsNest and/or the applicable clinical research site to send text messages to the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or study participation.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, study interest, appointments, document requests, and communication preferences.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.

Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. You may need to opt out separately from different message programs or phone numbers.

Privacy

TrialsNest does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share SMS-related information with service providers, phone companies, and platform vendors only as needed to provide and operate the text messaging service.

Text messaging may not be fully secure. Do not include sensitive medical details by SMS unless a secure link or secure portal is used. Our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy & Security Notice explain how we handle information.

Emergency Notice

SMS is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or contact local emergency services.

Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting an updated version.
