Program Description
TrialsNest text messages are consent-based. Messages may include study follow-up, appointment reminders, eligibility coordination, prescreening coordination, document request reminders, coordinator or site communication notices, account or support messages, and related clinical research coordination.
TrialsNest does not send unsolicited mass marketing messages through this program.
Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize TrialsNest and/or the applicable clinical research site to send text messages to the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or study participation.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, study interest, appointments, document requests, and communication preferences.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.
Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. You may need to opt out separately from different message programs or phone numbers.

Privacy
TrialsNest does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging may not be fully secure. Do not include sensitive medical details by SMS unless a secure link or secure portal is used. Our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy & Security Notice explain how we handle information.
Emergency Notice
