You authorize TrialsNest, TRIALSNEST LLC, and authorized service providers to use and share relevant information as described below.

Clinical research sites Study coordinators Investigators Sponsors or sponsor-authorized representatives Contract research organizations Service providers supporting the study or TrialsNest Other authorized parties involved in determining study eligibility, coordinating recruitment, or operating TrialsNest
Purpose
The purpose is to evaluate potential study interest or eligibility, contact you about studies, coordinate appointments, request documents, support recruitment workflows, and provide related administrative services.
Expiration
This authorization expires on the earlier of:
24 months after submission Completion of recruitment activity for the study you selected Your written withdrawal, except for disclosures already made
Right to Withdraw
You may withdraw this authorization by contacting privacy@trialsnest.com. Withdrawal will not affect information already used or disclosed before we received and processed your request.
Redisclosure Notice
Information disclosed to a recipient may be subject to redisclosure by that recipient and may no longer be protected by HIPAA, depending on the recipient and circumstances. Research sites and covered entities may have separate HIPAA obligations.
No Conditioning
Your authorization is voluntary. Refusing or withdrawing authorization may limit TrialsNest's ability to match you with studies or coordinate recruitment, but it will not affect emergency care or treatment from a healthcare provider.
Patient Acknowledgment
By checking the authorization box in the account, application, or study-interest flow, I authorize TrialsNest to use and share my information for clinical study matching, recruitment, prescreening, scheduling, and coordination as described above.
TrialsNest should store an authorization record that includes the user's account identifier, authorization version, timestamp, source page or workflow, and the authorization text shown at the time of agreement.
